“The location is excellent and cleanliness is top notch. The only thing is the sound insulation is not the greatest. We stay on the 1st floor and the foot steps from upstairs unit are so loud that they are quite annoying/disturbing. Whenever someone walks around in that units, you can practically hear and know the exact spot they are at. ”

“Location was quiet and in a beautiful neighborhood. Very comfortable bed, hot tub was such a special treat as the evenings are chilly. Steve and Cooper are the most welcoming owners!!! Would definitely stay again.”

“The house is beautiful and has a great view of the Hollywood Hills. It’s new and clean. My husband always wanted to stay in this area and we can cross this off the bucket list. The drawback is the narrow road and parking. I don’t think even a small car could fit in the garage as there isn’t room to open the doors. We had a small SUV and had to climb out the trunk. After we parked on the street, but it’s hard to find parking and it’s dangerous getting in and out as the road is so narrow and cars……

“We had a great stay at this property. The location is fantastic for exploring LA, and it really can't be beat if you're going to Universal. The street parking was never a problem - we got a space within a 1/4 block of the house each time. The host provided extremely detailed and helpful instructions for everything - much appreciated! The house itself is, as other reviews have noted, more "vintage" than "luxury" - "dated" is not inaccurate. But the price is totally reasonable for what you are……

“We are a family of four who were evacuated from mandeville canyon during the Palisades fire and were looking for a semblance of normalcy from all the hotels we were bouncing around from. That is when we found this amazing home in a great location where we found home for several days. We really really enjoyed the property, from the fun lawn games for the kids, the beautiful pool, to the relaxing steam shower in our room.
