“I can't put into words how amazing this stay was. Every little detail has thought put into it. The garden and pool were absolute paradise, the waterfall, the hot tub, Cooper! (Such a sweetie) I am flying home now and it breaks my heart to leave. This was such a special trip and Steven's thoughtfulness and hospitality were a huge part of it. Hands down the best place I've ever stayed in my life. I can't wait to come back.”

“Took the fam on a Universal Studios getaway—me (resident dad and snack carrier), my wife (planner, packer, and voice of reason), our son (energy level: Hulk mode), and his aunt (aka the cool one with all the theme park hacks). “Very cute had everything you needed for long term stay (laundry detergent, pots, pans, toiletries, etc). I liked that there was covered parking and AC. It was on the first floor so there were bugs (can of insect spray quickly fixed the problem) and you could hear upstairs neighbors walking. Property owners were very responsive and called weekly to check in. Would recommend. ”

“I liked that the property had two doors! And a gate! And it’s own first come, first serve basis parking! One thing though would probably to add curtains to the windows and door because it is quite in the open. But besides that, the owner was very helpful and everything was great! Would definitely rent again! :)”

“We enjoyed this property a lot as a launching pad for our LA vacation. The property was clean and as pictured. It’s furnished minimally but works well for a group of 4. If you have more than that seating is an issue unless, like us, you have people who enjoy sitting on the ground. Would highly suggest paying for the parking garage. Management was easy to work with and helpful. We’d stay here again. ”
