“Family owned. Very warm and welcoming, helpful, caring. Room very comfortable and clean. They coordinate tours and daily activities for you. We felt like home. Es un hostal familiar. “This property is advertised as a hotel but it’s actually an apartment. It’s a great apartment, with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a great room downstairs with direct access to the beach. However, I cannot get past the deceit. It’s advertised as a 10-bedroom hotel, with consierge service (there’s none), pool (there isn’t one), plasma TV (no TV), WiFi (didn’t work any of the six days we spent here), etc. They did have cleaning service daily, which was very nice and they did a great……

“The property managers were one of the best. They are very humble and go out of the way to help you. The gentleman was always available to drop us anywhere we needed to go. On the last day he woke up especialy to drop us to the dock at 5 AM. We booked a 4 bed family room and there was ample space for all of us. It had 4 queen size beds.”

“Fraud hotel. Tried to contact before checkin however number is not operational and there is no email. Hotels.com wasn't able to contact them either, yet they still charged my card. Going through a dispute with card company now. Avoid at all costs”
