“We showed up early and they did their best to accommodate us and my parents. Their room was still being cleaned at the time but we were early. They just waited in our room and visited. We were there for a wedding and had plenty of time and space to get ready. ”

“When booking online sometimes you never know what you’re going to get until you get there. We went so we could stay close to Southern Illinois University. It was great location and it was clean. The staff was friendly, but the only thing I honestly was looking for was cleanliness.”

“The bed was comfortable, there was a choice of pillows. The bathroom was clean. It did lack a hairdryer (which I reported to the front desk upon checkout. The breakfast was outstanding! I complimented the cook. ”

“Great location and amenities around. Only negative is the weed skunk smell from the bar next door as you are getting out of the parking lot at night on wknds. Very Strong! I stayed here as a single female and always felt safe- great staff / great security and very friendly. ”

“We should be warned about the garage space and smell. Not to mention the stairwell. The rug needs replaced and a little more care wiping down common areas (light switches, door knobs and the table). The smell in the lobby is overpowering also.”

“This is my 3rd stay here in the last 6 months. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room is big and clean. The bed is comfortable and I felt safe parking my luxury vehicle here. Although there are big rigs near by it doesn’t cause much noise or loitering from vagrants. I WILL BE BACK IN A MONTH!!!! A rating for this place Btw I do swing for the King Jacuzzi suite each time. Even offered me my regular room since the reservation didn’t show. I declined got room across the hall that was just……
