“Super nice cabin in the rural area with many activities to enjoy, like campfires and a green space for walking. I went with my dog and had a great time. It's also just 5 minutes away from Parque San Elena. The staff is super friendly.”

“Cuando llegue al Hotel Me dicen que ellos no tienen nada con xpedia ni hoteles.com , aparte que me cobraron ppr al app me toco pagar mas allla porq la supuesta habitacion que habia resevado ya estaba reservada… y la Unica a habia era mas costosa.. entonces hice un pago doble por la app y directamentw alla… POR FAVOR ANTES DE RESERVAR CONFIRMEN QUE EL HOTEL NO ENTIENDE PORQ ESTAN EN ESTA PLATAFORMA CUANDO ELLOS NO TIENEN NADA CON XPEDIA NI HOTELE.COM ”

“I arrived to claim my reservation. Called front desk. I tell them I’ve arrived the lady hangs up, I sit outside the gate for 45 minutes waiting to be let in to claim my room and such, and no one arrived. I kept calling and would be ignored. Never got my room. Don’t waste your time. ”
