Great home away from home

This nice little home was perfect for us while we were working at the Dogwood festival in Siloam Springs. It was only five minutes from our location. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Enjoyable

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting our daughter who works at JBU and also meeting family to see a Razorback game. One guest did notice a stain on the sheet in master suite, we just took sheet off the bed. Other than that it was very clean, and perfect for our family. Would stay here again.

Nice home in growing subdivision

Nice property, very clean with lots of extras. Nice touch with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soaps in both bathrooms, along with plenty of dish soaps in kitchen. Very nice to have more than one trash bag and to not have to do a full clean before we left. Super nice to have garage to park in if needed. We will be back.

Quiet Stay

Great place to stay while visiting our daughter for the weekend. Would recommend to families. Quiet and nice neighborhood out of the hustle and bustle of Siloam Springs. Centrally located was a definite plus. Would return for sure. The house has a great layout and the full washer and dryer were a plus.

Great house!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was exceptionally clean and spacious. We also loved that it was new construction and that there was a wonderful backyard. The kids enjoyed the puzzles that were provided and I loved having the washer/dryer to keep up with the laundry. Great communication with the owner and we would definitely stay again!

So cozy, comfortable, and clean!

Beautiful, brand new. Right off Highway 412. Worked well for rest and relax for our 4 day chaplain training. Many things to explore in the area and great food options! Home had great floor plan, comfy beds and furniture. It was everything we needed and use of the garage to park cars in was a bonus with possible hail storm to come in the area.

Absolutely Excellent!

We travelled from Alabama to Siloam Springs for a family reunion. This was the nicest property you could ever find. It really deserves more than 5 stars. Almost new house, with everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean. We left an item there and Kathy promptly text us and is mailing it back. We highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future. Very convenient location, you won’t be disappointed!

Well Appointed! Clean! Roomy! Modern!

Beautiful, new construction home well appointed with new, modern furniture, cozy bedding and linens. Owners have the property stocked with travel incidentals and household necessities (paper towels, Kleenex, etc.) even an extra toothbrush if needed! Neighborhood was quiet and having a garage for the car was a wonderful bonus. This place made for a wonderful landing spot for a special graduation weekend. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
