“The condo was very clean and well-equipped. It was in a good location and an easy drive to Lake Tahoe. There was a squirrel who visited each day at the back sliding door. We named her, "Sandy." We were very disappointed to learn that the two swimming pools on the property were closed for repairs. The swimming pools on the property were a selling point for us when we booked. If we had known that they were not open we probably would not have booked this condo. Also, the property was very quiet……

“Cons: It was beautiful, but the downstairs bathroom was very small. There was a big chunk of ice behind the car port , PS its Tahoe in January . Pros: recently updated unit (very well done btw). Easy door code, very clean, amazing location for all the activities, very well equipped unit, and with new appliances! Will definitely be coming back. ”

“Property was as advertised. Very good communication with the managers. The facilities are really nice. Hot tub, sauna, rec center was a really nice addition. The kitchen is very cozy, so I wouldn't recommend trying to prep dinner there. woukd do all that ”

“absolutely loved our stay! That check process was really easy and all details were provided, we were able to cook as needed, and the fridge was really nice with an ice maker. But that was comfy, and the cabinet itself is beautifully clean with lots of cool bear decor! there is a small back porch area where you can sit out and enjoy the weather! Location is great because we were very close to a lot of small artisan shops and very short drive to get to Sand Harbor, which was my favorite beach!……

“One of the deciding factors for us choosing this rental was that it lists that Incline Beach is a 2 minute drive, that’s true but unfortunately renters are not able to use it because it’s a private beach and no pass is provided. We were looking forward to being able to walk to the beach to spend the day. You have to use the public beaches which requires that you arrive early in the morning to get a parking spot. This rental is newly updated and the inside was clean except for an unemptied trash……
