“The condo is well situated, close to downtown, all the major activities, as well as easy access to the highway. The condo is comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, but it was probably renovated more than decade ago, so it’s not really ‘newly’ renovated. Some of the fixtures need to be replaced. Otherwise, good place for a long weekend. Owner is very responsive. ”
