“The location is ideal, and centrally located to the downtown, lake area, and nearby attractions. The interior is very well maintained. The layout itself is small but not cramped. There are some oddities such as the two doors to the main bathroom and the kitchen switch being behind one of the bedroom doors but they do not detract from the overall experience. “A great place to spend a day or a couple days. We were traveling to attend a wedding. The small kitchen, two baths, pool was just what we needed. Access was easy, and the rocky river behind the resort gave the family hours and hours of entertainment. Rick was quick to answer any questions and was extremely helpful. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay on July 12th. It was short and sweet but it was really great! Shirley was very helpful and was very quick to respond to questions that I had prior to and during the rental process. Shirley even let us check in 20 mins early as we were in the Lincoln, NH area prior to 4:00 pm. The rental itself was also very nice. It was clean and well taken care of and we appreciated the attention to detail from Shirley and the housekeeping staff. We would really love to stay here……

"The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it wasn't too severe. The TV offers many channel options, so you won't get bored at night！"
