“Enjoyed our stay at Inn at Ellis River. They all were friendly and very accomodating. The view from our room was beautiful, breakfast was delicious and our room was very comfortable. We have stayed here a few times over the years and this inn never disappoints. ”

“We stayed in the detached loft building. It was clean and just what we needed. Our two double bed room was pretty small. Bathroom was also small. about the only complaint was with the hvac setup. It wasn’t really all that clear which baseboard electric units for heat were supposed to actually work. There’s a thermostat on the wall, but only the one by the door was functional; two were cold. There’s also a window unit, but I’m guessing that was for summer air conditioning. Some in-room literature……
“Jane the owner was fabulous. Very friendly, showed us around the house. She allowed us to check in a little early as we had a wedding to attend close to check in time. The place is very clean. Very Victorian in decor, and the dinning room was very nice to have a full breakfast in. We would definitely stay here again.”

We loved having breakfast before heading out to the trails. Nice and accommodating always and helpful with our questions. We’re quiet and keep to ourselves, so it’s perfect for us as a landing zone.”
“Was disappointed that there was no offering for full breakfast and dinner as advertised. It is quite out of the way and quite a ways away from restaurants in Fryeburg !!!”
