“We were pleased with the amount of space available, the cleanliness, and all of the items stocked in the kitchen. The screened-in porch was perfect for reading and listening to all the creatures around. We were pleasantly surprised with the campground’s fireworks display on the 4th and the sunset pavilion was perfect for photos!”

“It was a charming cottage . Comfy seating , comfy beds . Great screened back porch . Well and thoughtfully equipped. I particularly loved the bubble bath left for use in the claw foot tub. If you have any reason to stay in Cookeville , this is your place ! ”

“We had a great stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. We stayed with our two small dogs and it was a perfect fit for all of us. Check-in was easy, and everything we needed was provided. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.”

“Our family of seven adults and three dogs stayed on the property and were amazed at how unique this place is. Situated in a secluded 50 acres there are a lot of very different things to do. At the top of the hill there is a small animal farm with goats mules And chickens. Something we definitely did not expect but my wife and family loved. Every night we went up and pet the animals. The kitchens were well stocked, and the air-conditioning was very cold in all three cabins. Located in the middle……

“What a fantastic weekend getaway! The cabin was so charming, and the hosts were incredible, Rachel and Steph gave us so many wonderful recommendations. The town was filled with friendly locals and AMAZING RESTAURANTS! Spent the weekend chasing waterfalls during the day and spent the evenings dancing around the cabin to different records. We highly recommend this stay!! ”

“Carol was very attentive via messages. Calfkiller Cottage was comfortable very quiet and well appointed. We were visiting family who lived 1.2 miles away so the location suited us well. Great shower with great water pressure. We would stay there again. ”

“The cabin was small and cozy. Perfectly clean. Great view off the back porch. Off you want to go out for the day, it takes about 25-45 minutes to get anywhere with activities or restaurants, so you may need to plan accordingly. If you’re interested in a quiet get away, this is the place!! ”

“The Haven was the perfect spot for our family reunion. There was plenty of sleeping space for all of us and having 4 and a half bathrooms was amazing!The floor plan is interesting, but it worked out great for us. The 2nd master suite is apparently part of an addition to the house. I think the “bunk room” used to be the garage and the 2nd master suite was the attic above it. It’s very nicely done with a sitting area outside the bedroom area with access to a full bathroom from both spaces. It was……
