“Property has everything you need!”

“Had everything we needed to stay there. Only spent evenings at the location so not much knowledge onKitchen, etc because we didn’t use that area.”

“We could not have been more pleased with this lovely home. It was wonderfully equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. The owner is very communicative and responded immediately if we had any questions. We highly recommend this house ”

“The property was very nice and clean. The beds were good. We did have a coupleof small issues. The write up said towels were available but there were only a few towels and 1 washcoth. We had to go buy towels as we had 4 couples there in a 4 bedroom house. The kitchen was lacking as well with only 2 coffee cups and no toaster. I am not sure aout the rest of the kitchen supplies as we only ate breakfast there, but we did have to buy cups and luckly someone had brought a toaster. ”

Jamie and Chris went above and beyond the norm in providing information on the house, transportation and things to do in the Villages. The house and furnishings were comfortable and felt like being home. The kitchen and pantry were stocked with everything you may need and then some! An amazing stay all around!”

“My wife and I left the property to find other accommodations after 45 minute in the unit. The unit was not as depicted on VRBO. It was filthy, hairballs on the bathroom floor, mold on the tile, and window ledges that hadn't been cleaned for some time. The unit smelled liked smoke covered by air fresheners, assume that's why the windows and rear door were opened when we arrived. Better yet, after only being in the unit for 45 minutes VRBO refused to refund our money. And even better, I have a……

“A "Welcome" book would be an excellent addition. Things like explaining the use of golf course, pools, village town squares entertainment, local restaurants could be in the welcoming book. Towel "sets" would be nice.”
