You cannot beat the access to Sumtner Landing, which you can easily walk, bike (two bikes available), drive, or our favorite, the very awesome golf cart that comes with the rental. Golf cart seats four and held a long charge for us. Plenty of kitchenware, linens, towels and very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again!”

“I have no clue. Was told last minute it was cancelled because the air was broke. We are from out of state and had to scramble last minute to find different accomodations. Very stressful as we were there for a family funeral.”

“The golf cart needs attention. Tune up? Master br shower has leak when shower on Peacock was constantly asking for passcode for non descript shows Great location near Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing. Clean, beds comfortable”

“The villa is located down a short gravel road with overgrown weeds. The unit seems to be remodeled, which is nice. The impression would improve if the surroundings were well-kept (though this may not be within the owner's control if the entryway isn't theirs).”
