“Family wedding in Genoa. Needed lots of space to get everyone dressed and pressed! Grandbabies got to make s'mores every night. The kitchen was perfect to fit everyone around the island to cook and prep. I left some huge cookware but im sure it will be there when we return to Reno for another family event! “Our email confirmation guided us to the property. We showed up to the door and I opened up my app inbox to get entry instructions. That was when I saw my inbox message that it had been double booked. To their partial credit, the message was sent 6 days prior. However, I hadn’t been prompted to check my inbox. The property manager was apologetic in the message and asked me to cancel the booking. Obviously I didn’t cancel the booking (didn’t see the message) and no effort was made to follow up……
