“Janet's property was clean, cozy, and incredibly located! We were a quick walk to downtown and a 5 minute drive to the North Inlet trailhead to Cascade Falls. We had everything we needed including extra games, books, and movies. Janet was so easy to communicate with, check-in and check-out was a breeze, and we could not have had a better stay! ”

“We had a wonderful stay to unwind after a tradeshow in Denver. The cabin was in a great location so close to Rocky Mountain National Park, and was clean, well-stocked, and extremely comfortable. Highly recommend.”

“We absolutely loved everything about this home. It was roomy enough for us and our two daughters families (5 kids aged 3 to 8). It had everything we needed! We especially loved the sandy area and dock for the kids to play, boating, paddle boarding, etc. The owners have it all figured out and were great to work with. “We all loved this cabin! It was in a fantastic location: walkable distance to downtown but tucked away from traffic. Thank you for supplying shampoo, conditioner, and body wash… it made the stay even easier. And the extra sheets and bowls for the dog was a huge plus.”

“We had the best stay!! We absolutely loved exploring Fraser and winter park. We attended a wedding at devils thumb ranch and the drive was super easy. The house was super cute, very clean and worked perfectly for our needs with our 2 little kids. Highly recommend and would stay there again!”

“Absolutely stunning views. Location perfect for proximity to town of Grand Lake by car and by boat. Kayaks plus our paddleboard used to paddle across lake to hike to Shadow Mountain Lookout and back. Rented pontoon boat on Labor Day for some fishing and trip into town. As we had the boat for the full day, the dock was so nice to tie up to when not out on the lake. Con…bed size. Only one King bed in the house and not so comfy mattresses made sleeping a little uncomfortable. The stairs to and from……

“Thanks to the “hosts” of this beautiful, comfortable home. They have thought of everything you might need for the humans to our pets! Was very happy to find “guest” dog kennel and doggie beds in garage, dog bowls and potty bags”! Home was extremely clean and had all our family needed after long days of fishing. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds super comfy and very quiet neighborhood. Thank you! Will definitely stay again. ”
