“We loved the location and the large grassy area was a 5 star for our dog. The house is a perfect layout for a vacation rental. Since there were only 2 of us, we didn’t use the upstairs. The bed was very comfy and the living area was a good layout with comfy furniture. We feel that there were things that a good maintenance review and cleaning company could help overall. Some of the outdoor furniture is broken, while other pieces seem to be brand new. One of the screens on the porch was……

“It's good, I had trouble with the stove. I think it needs heavier pans to get the proper temp. I pushed down on the pan and it worked better. A razor blade can works just slide it across the black stIn.slide”

“The house was very spacious and exceeded our expectations. Great location to restaurants and ferry. No major issues that needed addressing with host during our stay. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a grill for use during stay and a bit nicer / more comfortable deck furniture for enjoying the nice sized deck and views. Otherwise great property and would definitely consider staying again. ”
