“The house is very cozy. 3 bedrooms and baths, large kitchen and dining area. The best thing is the pool area looking right out to the ocean. A covered patio and cute octagonal pool . There is also beach access below. Lovely location too, easy to get to Maho and Simpson Bay, also the airport.”

The kitchen was fully stocked and even had the smaller items like a lime crusher that most places don't. Within walking distance of Maho and the Sunset Cafe to watch the planes land. “Very clean, quiet and great view”

“The accommodations were comfortable and had plenty of amenities. The view and morning Sunrise were spectacular and a highlight of the property! We enjoyed the family of Iguanas who frequented to rock ledges over the bay just past the deck and pool. The only downside to the place was that it was in need of some TLC and repair in some ways, but overall we were happy and felt that the location and comfort factor made the value very good for the money. Location is near a very busy area, but……
