“It was a perfect 4-night stay. The email communication for check in and check out instructions was excellent. The studio was spacious, quiet and clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient and close to everything. It is walkable to the city center for places to eat, do grocery shopping and tour pickup. It was a perfect stay.”

The sauna room opening duration is short so I can't enjoy sauna in Finland
My room is at 1st floor and I need take my suitcase to walk for 1 storey of floor. No lift.

"Super Good overall.
Did the Husky self drive, it was great with a great Husky farm: Matara Creek.
Hotel was great overall, Spa, breakfast, services. I recommend to drive or to plan your activities with the hotel as this is 45 min from the city center. "

"No designed parking area in front of the chalet, one night someone parked in front of our chalet and we had to park further away and walk back under the snow. Some windows and balcony doors do not come with curtains or blinds (or have a big gap), quite insecure about that. The staff are funny and helpful. Overall is good. Laundry machine - 10 EUR for 2 hours. "

"I stayed here for just one night, and the power tripped twice. I had to move a chair to reach the breaker box and reset the switch both times. Also, the front desk said their sauna was great, but when I went to the women’s changing room, the light wouldn’t turn on at all. The location is great though "

Lovely Hotel
"The hotel was situated on top of the hill, and we really loved the landscape around the hotel. A lot of trees and a lot of snow with few people. But there were no nearby bus stops, so transportation was quite inconvenient. Taxi to the city centre for 6 people was 46Euros. But since we expected this when we booked this hotel, we have booked tour with hotel pick up most of the time, so it was not that big of a problem for us.
Staff were friendly, food at the restaurant was good.
Room was small but comfortable and clean. Good to have a private sauna in the room, we enjoyed that :)
It was right next to a ski resort, so good for people who like to ski as well."
