“Great we will plan on staying again ”

“Property was clean and comfortable. There was no fire pit. Bring pods for the keurig, because there is no drip coffee machine and no pods of any kind. Vacasa was unable to get us the right entry code—managed to get it from cleaning staff. But vacasa did compensate us for the inconvenience. Convenient and quiet location. ”

“I stayed here with my two kids (8/11). The property was very clean, the unit had everything we needed. The neighbours were amazing, greeted us with a lovely flower from the garden, which my kids loved. They gave us the ins and outs of the area and where to go. It was a very nice visit!”

“Photos are not actual property. Property says sleeps 6, manager says no 4 but couldnt tell me where 4 would sleep. There was only one queen bed. (Manager assumed because there were 2 of us we could sleep together) Theres a futon fit for a child that is hard as rock. Photo shows 2 futons not true. Asked manager to bring an air mattress and it was just tossed on the table without anything to blow it up with. Common area is a joke tables with 2 chairs you could sit on and 4 broken chairs if you……

“Be warned. It's very small but if you know that it's otherwise ok. Listing says it sleeps 4 but... there is no way 2 adults can sleep on the convertable couch. It's not a full size bed. Would sleep 2 kids maybe.”

“The property is a great value. It’s very clean and well appointed. The beach and restaurants are nearby.”

“Very clean place. The host was very prompt with communication. The neighbors are friendly and there was a cat that roamed around in the evening that was also friendly. We were in close walking distance to the ocean and many restaurants and shops.”

“Family of four enjoying the Florida sun for 5 days. Great location on quiet but fun area of Singer Island. Really easy to walk to beach, bars, coffee shops, ice cream, and Sailfish Marina. Space was pretty good for four. Very clean and modern. I’d stay again for sure. If I had to critique, I’d say the beds and linens could use an upgrade. Beds a touch small for four adults/teens and pull out sofa was pretty used. Thanks for a fantastic stay and we plan to be back ASAP. ”

“Our unit was fantastic. It is in a quaint little neighborhood that has probably been there way before all of the grand hotels. As with any older home you can tell it is older which gives it charm. The owners have done a great job updating the interior. The beds were comfy. Big deal for us! We enjoyed walking to the beach and shops and restaurants. The only thing I could add would be beach gear but I am sure that is hard to keep in rental. The neighbors were super nice.”

“Cute and clean mini vacation stay within walking distance to beach for residents. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming.Two suggestion I would offer is couch hide away bed to be replaced - daughters moved mattress into floor after first night due to the bed frame being uncomfortable.Also I would also add a curtain to doorway for closet area outside bathroom so it would allow a larger changing area due to the petite bathroom.Overall great stay-owner was great with communication.
