“I had a wonderful stay here! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, always making sure we felt at home. The food was not only delicious but also very affordable — such a great surprise! One of my favorite parts was the beautiful forest surroundings, where is thewe could see hummingbirds flying around all the time. It was such a peaceful and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend! ”

“First Shayna was quick to respond and so we choose to stay a night on our way from the Caribbean side to the Pacific side. We arrived at Vista de Paz late afternoon and were greeted by a very nice gentleman, Guillermo. He showed us around the home and then the grounds. “The apartment is great and had everything we needed! The decor is very nice as well and I love the nice touches of art/style throughout the apartment and the grounds and pool. There are 2 apartments that are attached to one another but there is some clear separation so unless you’re outside using the pool, there really isn’t much issue with privacy. “Wow, what an incredible slice of heaven. Feels like you’re a million miles away from civilization. Waking up to the sounds of the birds in the morning, dinner with Gregory (host) and sitting on the porch in the evening were highlights of the stay. It’s a commitment to get up and down the road and 4wd is essential. As such I’d recommend staying at least 2 nights w/o going down. Hosts offers horseback rides and guided hikes around the property.
