“位置優越：鄰近火車，巴士站，到城內觀光購物亦十分便利。 服務一流：入住前曾向酒店查詢有關早餐的安排，很快就收到Jessica的答覆。入住當天收到一份有關火車延誤的意大利文電郵，所以向前台Victoria查詢，她不但給我們很詳細的解釋，而且將電郵打印一份並用螢光筆標示重點，以方便我們使用，這種服務實在貼心。 早餐一流：餐廳平時供應咖啡等飲品及小食給住客享用，早餐內容非常精彩，服務員招呼周到。”

“Access to the accommodation and room worked, but sometimes required multiple tries. My room had a tiny shower that was quite inconvenient to use, even though I am quite slim. Bed sheets had several small blood stains and the mattress was very soft, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Overall quite clean and relatively silent (good windows). ”

“O hotel é um prédio histórico, tudo muito lindo. Os funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã excelente e ótima limpeza. O hotel se localiza em uma área restrita a veículos, não sabia onde podia parar o carro para descarregar as malas, precisei ligar e pedir explicações, mas me auxiliaram e foi tranquilo. É possível conhecer muitos pontos turísticos a pé, ótima localização.”

“The hotel itself is wonderful, offering excellent service, beautiful rooms, and a great location right next to the marina. Overall, it’s a lovely place. Unfortunately, the dining experience at the attached restaurant was really disappointing. Both my dish—burnt, almost inedible risotto—and my companion’s tasteless seafood pasta were far below expectations. The service in the restaurant was also subpar. It’s a shame, as everything else about the hotel was so great.”
