“We encountered a rude and rude receptionist. After we checked out that day, we left our luggage at the hotel in the afternoon. When we came back to collect our luggage at four o'clock, we wanted to use the bathroom. The front desk clerk said in a very stiff tone: No! There are no public toilets, you have to use the ones in your room. We just checked out at noon and immediately fell out. “Excellent economical motel. Exceptionally clean, a bit sparse on amenities, but had mini-fridge & microwave. A what appeared to be a recent renovation. I definitely will book again my next trip to the area.”

“This is the worst hotel, pls don’t book them from Expedia, I searched walnut, the walnut shown Walnut Creek to me, so I booked them, but I found it is wrong when I double checked, called them and left many messages for them, nobody answered, and I asked Expedia to negotiate with them, this hotel still didn’t intend to refund my money, so this hotel is really scammed ”

“燈光太暗，飯店老舊缺乏維護。感覺附近治安不佳，有些異常的人在大廳走動但是沒有警衛保護住宿的安全。吧台餐廳的食物很糟，冷凍食物。”
