“We encountered a rude and rude receptionist. After we checked out that day, we left our luggage at the hotel in the afternoon. When we came back to collect our luggage at four o'clock, we wanted to use the bathroom. The front desk clerk said in a very stiff tone: No! “This is the worst hotel, pls don’t book them from Expedia, I searched walnut, the walnut shown Walnut Creek to me, so I booked them, but I found it is wrong when I double checked, called them and left many messages for them, nobody answered, and I asked Expedia to negotiate with them, this hotel still didn’t intend to refund my money, so this hotel is really scammed ”

“Room was spacious, updated and clean. Bed was comfortable and there were 2 chairs that reclined so we didn't have to resort to sitting on the bed. Staff were friendly and courteous. Hotel was conveniently located for our purposes.”
