“This is the worst hotel, pls don’t book them from Expedia, I searched walnut, the walnut shown Walnut Creek to me, so I booked them, but I found it is wrong when I double checked, called them and left many messages for them, nobody answered, and I asked Expedia to negotiate with them, this hotel still didn’t intend to refund my money, so this hotel is really scammed ”

“Parking was available when arriving on site, which was great coming from a long drive in from Sacramento. Reception was kind, quick, and informative - made sure we knew about their amenities and its availability. Always nice as a guest! We enjoyed a complimentary hot drink available in their lobby while we got ready for our concert. Forgot to pack toothpaste, but was so delighted when I visited their reception after coming back past midnight and was greeted with friendly service and a toothpaste……

“The place was stylish and affordable. Location is close to many transportation. Love the coffee station, definitely coming back for my next visit.”

“The lobby has a friendly and helpful vibe yet it works like a well oiled machine. Communications were at a high level and things went well so many times. Extended Stay caters to a diverse crowd of travelers way better than the others. I enjoyed the interaction and my needs were met and exceeded by the staff at this Pleasant Hill / Concord / Walnut Creek location.”

“I was in town to handle estate matters for my recently deceased mother in Antioch. The hotel is a great value for it's location next to solid food-shopping options like Grocery Outlet, Nations, The Vietnamese Pho spot, etc. It was at $80 cheaper than higher end hotels in Walnut Creek ”
