“From arrival to departure our stay was fantastic! The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were roomy, clean & luxurious. The spa treatments were above & beyond. The pool was a mini oasis with a bar and food delivery. The attached Bistro & Bar had excellent food! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
“This is the worst hotel, pls don’t book them from Expedia, I searched walnut, the walnut shown Walnut Creek to me, so I booked them, but I found it is wrong when I double checked, called them and left many messages for them, nobody answered, and I asked Expedia to negotiate with them, this hotel still didn’t intend to refund my money, so this hotel is really scammed ”
