“This hotel was top of the line. Nothing at all was wrong with it. ”

“The hotel was good. Typical of a budget friendly hotel in a rural area. The staff was friendly. The walls were thin and the people staying there were all there for winter sports, so there was quite a bit of noise from clopping boots, but the hotel was very accommodating to those who were there for snowmobiling and fat biking. I have been to a lot of hotels for bike trips, and always do, but this was the first time I have ever been asked by staff to take my bike to my room because they know how……

“What an amazing place to stay! Spent 2 night for snowmobiling in the area. Excellent view and easy access to the trail. We will definitely be back and choosing a different suite to see what the others are like. We stayed in the Ruth suite and it was excellent for the 2 of us ”

“A nice place to stay with decent sized rooms. The pool and hot tub are great amenities. My only suggestion for the Hotel is to do a little better on the breakfast, microwave eggs are definitely lacking. With that being said, I will be back soon. ”

“Hotel is just as described! Simple "mom and pop" place, just what we wanted for a snowmobile trip. Super nice sisters - Sara and Mary - at the front desk. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and an assortment of juices, oatmeal and an assortment of packaged snacks for breakfast. Big jar of candy (take the Snickers bars for protein!) also! Bed was super comfortable, however, when either of us rolled over, the whole bed wiggled/shook, like their aren't individual coils. We parked sleds right in front……

“Whether you're into off trail or on, they have it all. We had groups that did both and both had some epic days. Hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. Definitely on our list of places to go back to.”

“This remote destination does not disappoint. Property manager is on point and attentive. If you need anything or have questions you’re in good hands. Great atmosphere for those that want to detach completely. 10/10 ”

“Just bring some food and friends and enjoy a scenic drive to the lodge. Once you arrive everything you need is there ready for you to enjoy the private lake in the scenic northern Michigan forest with your friends. Note: If you go in the Winter, you may want 4-wheel drive. Some the hills can be hard to get up if its snowy. ”

“Excellent place to stay for a snowmobile trip. Lake access out front of property or short drive on snow covered roads to link up to trails. Plowed road in and lots of room for parking for multiple trailers. ”
