“We stayed here to do some skiing for the long weekend. The tiny house accommodated the two of very well. The owner was very responsive and accommodating when we had a couple of concerns. “We loved our stay, the accommodations, and the location. I appreciate the communication from the management team. We came prepared with a 4x4 truck, Three-Peak Mountain SnowFlake (3PMSF) rated tires, snow chains, and winter mountain experience. The snow in Big Cottonwood Canyon is legit. Come prepared and enjoy the deep Utah POW ! ! !”

“My family and I had a great stay at Sundance. House was around a 5 min drive up the mountain from the resort. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 kids. Amenities were as advertised. House had a nice hot tub that we enjoyed after skiing each day. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. The house is around 20 mins from Provo & Orem, so would just keep that in mind. “We rented over the New Years and found that we had plenty of room for our group of 35. The amenities were great. The location was beautiful. Our only complaint was that the previous renter was late leaving, making the cleanup and prep for our stay as not as good as it could have been. The owner/agent tried to help, but they were rushed. “Good communication and a very easy check-in and check-out process. The kitchen is well-stocked. If there are tenants in the lower space, just know that you can hear almost everything…including muffled conversations and snoring. Maybe earplugs or a white noise machine would help. ”
