“This was our first stay on Tybee, and the Tybee Island Inn was a perfect choice! Inn was beautiful and the owners and their family were wonderful! The location was perfect for us, and we were able to walk to many things we wanted to see and do, including the beach!! Breakfast each day was freshly prepared and delicious! We had a hard time leaving and loved it so much we wanted to stay longer!!”

“It was like a home away from home- bedroom with sitting area , bath and separate full kitchen. Beautiful yard with iron gate to sit outside safely at night , complimentary wine and water, family owners very helpful with pointing things out on maps for us, I highly recommend this property. “Great part of town, nice breakfast and teatime plus coffee’s and teas offered all day. The softest sheets ever and comfortable king sized bed. Bathroom was lovely. Few things didn’t work in our room like main light, safe, fan in bathroom. There’s a cafe/bakery a few blocks away called Mate Factor that is darling, friendly and delicious and it was my favorite place on the whole trip.”

“We checked in at the Desoto hotel and were escorted to the B & B by hotel staff. The B and B is a beautiful condo that has 3 guest rooms and a full kitchen available to guests along with 2 common balcony areas, one with a dining area and the other for sitting. There is a dining area where you are greeted by the Innkeeper Rick MacDuff who is from Scotland and wears his klan kilt. The breakfast he and his wife have prepared are all natural ingredients and mostly Scottish influence. Gluten free……

“The staff was phenomenal from the moment we arrived. They spared no expense. The furnishings and decor were a fantastic mix of old and new with that classic Victorian vibe that charms so timelessly. The breakfasts were cooked to perfection and served in such a way to make anyone feel like they have truly stepped into high society. We truly felt like we were home away from home.
