“My husband and enjoyed our stay in sea pines. The location of the VRBO was very convenient to the beach and places to eat. We particularly enjoyed eating at the Salty Dogs around the corner and at the Quarterdeck a short drive away. The VRBO was clean and comfortable. We appreciated having the deck to sit out on. ”

“The only negative was the smell. Smelled like a nursing home. Must be in the duct. May need to clean ducts out. Other than the funky smell it was nice.”

“Fab location for shopping restaurants and bars. Lovely unit. The street noise can get to be a bit but everything in this area of town is. We would rent again! ”

“This was a great place to stay. It was perfect for us. We biked to the golf tournament, short rides to restaurants, and perfect size for us! We hope to stay there again.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The home is comfortable and near the beach. It was very nice to have our two dogs join us and they enjoyed beach walks daily. Two bikes included was a bonus. It could use some deep cleaning, carpets and tile need some love even considering it’s a dog friendly place. One disappointment was no grill and. Each chairs except one were not usable. Time to get new ones. Also a cooler and some other beach items would make it more comparable to other places. Overall a great……

“South Beach is NOT the place to stay for activity, restaurants, beach, etc. No pool, no restaurants, and an inconvenient 20 minute drive to exit Sea Pines to get to the main roads and restaurants. If you want peace and quiet and time to write a book or meditate; South Beach is the place.Property was very nice, clean, equipped. Broken AC was immediately repaired upon notification. ”

“Had a lovely time, enjoyed the property! I would rate it 4.5/5, the only drawback was late night & early morning noise from apartment above (hardwood floors do not provide any kind of sound barrier) and alley out back. Would definitely stay there again! Everything was within walking distance and tons of stuff to do, eat and drink. Just be careful of street parking - the signs they (the city, not the property) have out defining street cleaning (and therefore no overnight parking) are facing……

“Really cute place for two people. Very clean. Had a bit of trouble how to use the tv but no worries, nice deck overlooking the golf course. Just wish I knew we were on the third floor before I packed a huge suitcase, lol. Over all a wonderful place to stay.”
