“Great property and close to Tawas for shopping and Lake Huron. Beautiful sunsets. Loved having a washer and dryer. We were a little disappointed that the Sand Lake access wasn’t closer but it all worked out. We drove to Lake Huron and swam in the Great Lake. ”

I would say that for us, the listing under sold the property a little. For those who have dogs it is important to note that there was a large collapsible dog crate, it is shown in a picture but is easy to miss. “Overall we loved our stay! We were a little mislead by the proximity of the lake to the house, we assumed it was a waterfront property and it’s not. While you can see the water between the houses across the road, to access the water and beach via public access, you have to walk down the street a little bit.
