“No hot water for shower at 9:30pm during my stay and they fix the problem around two hours”

“The hotel was absolutely perfect — we truly didn’t want to leave. Although we couldn’t do the wine tasting due to a wedding event, we didn’t feel like we missed a thing thanks to the warm and thoughtful hospitality we received. On our last day, we had to leave before breakfast time to catch our flight, but the staff made sure we didn’t leave hungry and kindly let us enjoy a lovely breakfast with everything that was already prepared. “The staff were so nice and helpful. However there is no sign or address on the building. Extremely hard to find for a tourist. Also the AC doesn't work enough to keep the bedroom cool. It was about 90 degrees in the room”
