Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and felt it was a very good value.”

“This property is perfect. The interior, with its wood finish, gives off the perfect cabin vibe. The kitchen and dining room are spacious. There are many bedrooms with great beds. The game room downstairs is great for those who want to spend time inside. The patio outside with the firepit is absolutely a plus. I have never been in a place with a more beautiful view. “This was a great spot for a college reunion of 10 guys. We jump around from year to year, but are planning to come back here. We were all amazed at the construction of the main house and it's giant pine logs. (Suggestion: hire a professional photographer to represent the place better on this site.) We had plenty of space in the main house, but also used the tree house which was great as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and was spacious. The fireplaces got used a bunch, but did take……

“My extended family of 10 stay for the week. With 5 active kids ages 9-12 there was plenty of kayaks, tubes, and canoes for them to use. The river is calm in front of the house. Yes the hill to the water is steep but it wasn’t an issue for any of us. The porch rocking chairs on the screened porch was wonderful for drinking coffee and watching the river every morning. There’s a stack of firewood for the fire pit which is nice of the host to supply along with sticks (in the kitchen) for roasting……
