“Stayed one night at Bally's and everything was fantastic. The staff was helpful and friendly, especially the Valet attendants! Room was nice and clean. Love the exposed brick. The only negative would be the ongoing construction around the area and at the hotel, but that's a minor inconvenience. I would definitely stay again. ”

“I asked specifically to not be put in a handicapped room. Lady at front desk assured me it was not a handicapped room, but when I got in it was still a handicapped room. I decided I wasn't going to fight it. She texted me then to see if I was o.k. but by then I had unpacked and used the bathroom. She offered to move me, but I no thank you. I recommended they find a way to list the rooms that were for handicapped.”
