“The place had dirty sheets or some type of stain that looked like blood. The tub was old and the room smelled like smoke”

“We haven’t stayed in a Hampton in for a few years, and I was pleasantly surprised. This propert seemed new, was very nicely appointed. The bathroom was spacious and I appreciate the large mounted bottles of products. The bed was very comfortable, but as is often the case, it’s annoying to have 4 small pillows on a king bed. Please use king pillows! That earned my 4 stars for comfort, otherwise everything was good, and there was a nice large easy chair in the corner. The staff at checkin was……

“I enjoyed my stay, but housekeeping need to clean up better than what they are doing!”

“The only bad part was it took a while to get my room. I didn’t realized I was given a smoking room, a bit hectic to swap the room with another person that did not care about the smoke. The person at the desk was helpful, ”

“First room we had was loaded with roaches.. So I went downstairs and the hotel clerk was so nice she called her boss immediately and issued us another room wish they would’ve gave me a discount for the inconvenience but other than that the hotel is not bad floors could’ve been mopped they were a bit dirty and the WiFi only seemed to work well at night… overall I give the hotel 6/10”

“Once again no coffee in room no cups either, & only one large towel. Again had to beg desk to bring them. I'm not getting paid to do housekeepers job. Management always says they will correct this for future but doesn't follow through. Thats my 4th time telling them. Also non-guests still walk through parking. A twenty foot long fence would easily stop that.”

“Wi-Fi didn't work, ice machine was broken and looked like it had been for a while, toilet water was running constantly and TV did not work!”

“I chose the hotel because of the 8.4 rating. It was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. I didn't like the area. You had to drive through shady hotels and "adult only" stores to get to it and the Cracker Barrel next to it.”
