“I asked specifically to not be put in a handicapped room. Lady at front desk assured me it was not a handicapped room, but when I got in it was still a handicapped room. I decided I wasn't going to fight it. She texted me then to see if I was o.k. but by then I had unpacked and used the bathroom. She offered to move me, but I no thank you. I recommended they find a way to list the rooms that were for handicapped.”

“I absolutely love the customer service. I love the housekeepers. I loved how clean it was. Safe and quiet. If I ever have to go back to a hotel I most definitely will choose here. The housekeepers make sure your straight every single morning and that’s what you call a1 service at a hotel. I loved every single moment of staying here thank yall ”
