“Die Lage ist am Rande der Stadt direkt neben dem schönen ZOO in Wischau/Vyškov. Die Rezeption ist meistens nicht besetzt und die Anmeldung muss in einem anderen Hotel erfolgen. Auch wenn beim Verlust ein neuer Schlüssel benötigt wird, muss mann durch die ganze Stadt fahren um es in anderen Hotel abzuholen. Die Zimmer-Einrichtung und die Flure sind veraltet (80-er/90-er Jahre) mit hässlichen Teppichen, aber alles ist sehr sauber, die Matratzen sind nicht bequem und durchgelegen. Das Bad ist……

“The absence of customer-facing people is a problem. I tried to get check-in instructions by emailing in advance, and calling the Penzion, but only got them on the day of my arrival. My room was separated from its wc and shower by a corridor which also led to the office. The curtain was coming off the curtain rail and the curtain rail was coming off the wall.
