“Easy walk to San Marco and San Polo. Very simple breakfast. Sometimes you can heard people chat outside of building at night.”

“Excellent location! Just next to Piazza San Marco, however the entrance of the hotel is lack of signage, we spend some time to looking for the entrance. The staffs are very nice. The room is very beautiful and big, please be reminded that there are no lift, you need the carry your luggages to the room by stairs. ”

“A bit of a strange hotel. I didn't see a staff member for the whole of the trip. Although they were super responsive on WhatsApp. Was emailed a keycode to entre the property. It was fine, but the keypad was super sensitive and took me 3 attempts to entre the code. Room was nice, good location, but the pillows were super hard and only two of them.”

“I had a lovely stay at this beautiful B&B. Ideal location for the Vaporetto stop at Fondamente Nove and only a 10-15 min walk to Rialto. The room was very comfortable and quiet so I had no problems sleeping. The owner is friendly and helpful and provides a good continental breakfast. If I come back to Venice and I fully intend to I would love to stay at this B&B again.”
