“This property looked ordinary from the outside, but once we opened the doors and saw the incredible view and access to the lush backyard, creek and trees, we were hooked! With perfect walking distance to Nevada City's Historic Downtown, we barely needed to drive again until we left. Hot tub sitting with coffee each morning was a dream, and the cleanliness of the house made for a relaxing getaway. 5 Stars for sure.”

“What a special place the owners have created! We were a crowd of 11 for four nights and this property was perfect. Even in August, Deer Creek was too cold to do much more than wade up to our knees, but no matter -Nevada City and California's wild rivers provided us with all that we came to enjoy.Surrounded by pine trees, the big house is exactly as pictured. Ample parking and circle driveway. 2-car garage. Main level has a half-bath, large bedroom with king bed & 4-piece en suite, an office with……

“We are usually a very active family but this trip we really enjoyed slowing it down and hanging around the house. They had a bunch of games, dvd, kids books. More than enough room and beds. It was hard to pick which rooms to stay in. Ha! Our family needed this and it was great get away. Town is not far and we feel in love with Nevada city. They had dog man books and my son was over the moon about that. Great stay highly recommended it. ”
