“This was an amazing start to our holiday and our first time in Mani. The village of Limeni is picture postcard perfect with an azure sea. The hotel is an old converted castle with a lovely balcony area where they serve their great included a la carte breakfast in the morning and a nice chill out spot in the evening to watch the sun set. Below there is a sun terrace with allocated sunbeds and private stairs down to the sea. They also provide beach towels and some snorkelling gear. The room……

“L’hôtel est construit comme un ensemble de maisons du pays en pierres apparentes au milieu d'oliviers. Notre chambre est en fait un appartement d'une soixantaine de m² avec un séjour et une terrasse et tout le confort. Pour accéder à l’hôtel il faut prendre une petite route . Des panneaux indiquent la direction mais il est préférable d'utiliser un GPS où l'hôtel est mentionné. De belles plages sont à proximité avec parasol et chaises longues fournis gratuitement en échange de consommations à un……

“5 stars! The Elea Mare is a fabulous value in an authentic Greek coastal village, run by a host (Greg) who personifies customer care. We can’t praise him enough for the warmth of his interactions with us! As an example, our young-adult daughter became mildly sick during our stay, and Greg provided tea and offered to check up on her when we left her in the hotel by herself for half a day. The hotel is a short walk from a small beach and town harbor and near several excellent dining options.……
