“I booked this for a work conference and my wife came along. When we first arrived the AC wasn't working but the building maintenance guy came and fixed it right away and we didn't have any more issues. We had a great time and took full advantage of the pool, fitness room, and Skydeck and grill. We had an amazing time. Definitely a great value. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Raleigh rental! Everything was exactly as described—immaculately clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, with convenient designated parking right out back. We especially appreciated the little bit of history shared about the home—it’s a 100-year-old property, and those details added such a lovely, personal touch. You can really tell the hosts care about the space. Would absolutely stay here again!”

I would not want to stay more than one night though as this studio is in the same house as another VRBO unit, and the wall between the two units is paper-thin.
