“We were a group of 8 people and booked this cottage for 2 nights, but we had to leave after just one due to how uncomfortable the stay was. First of all, the Stove wasn’t working, so we couldn’t cook or use hot water properly. There were no basic necessities — not even hand soap, enough blankets, or proper kitchen supplies. For a group of 8, they only provided one small boat for 2 people, which made no sense. It felt like the place was not prepared at all for larger groups. There was only one……

“This suite was very clean and roomy in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. Phyllis was flexible with check in and made the check in/out process incredibly easy. There is a full kitchen that is well-stocked with dishes and extra appliances. It has a beautiful backyard and patio backing on to green space. The owners live in the house, but the entrance to the suite is completely private. We heard minimal noise a couple times from them upstairs during our stay. ”

“This is a great property at the Outlet, on Charleston Lake. We stayed in the smaller cabin and it was perfect for our getaway. Cabin is clean, well stocked with cooking essentials, fresh linens, fire pit and a beautiful view of the lake. Our host was fabulous. Great spot at the end of the laneway for snacks/icecream, breakfast and much more. Our only regret is that it was only a short staycation/recharge. Wish we could have stayed longer.”

Cole our property manager was attentive kind and answered emails promly. I am sorry our time actually at the place was too short as we werent able to utilize the amentiies such as hot tub or sauna but both looked amazing.thank you again for a lovely visit.
