“This is our 3rd or 4th stay (we lost count). We always enjoy ourselves at this property....it is so relaxing. This time we not only saw deer and the large variety of birds, we saw a jack rabbit busy at work crossing the field over and over (maybe feeding his family) and we saw a roadrunner up close and personal in the yard. The views are amazing and we are so close to the water. We sat outside most of the time and enjoyed every minute of it. The lake breeze was great. We will probably book……

“The location is great! The water park across the way is geared more for children, but it’s still a fun place to stop by and take a dip in the cold water. It was awesome sitting outside of the bungalow at night! There’s a fire pit and lights above. We only stayed one night, but both of us recommend this location! ”

“This was a very enjoyable stay. The pictures 100% accurately displayed what was avaliable at the location. The amenities and land are worth a weekend stay. We enjoyed a trip out to Krause Springs and Muleshoe Park. The only thing I would deduct points for is dock/lakeside portion. I was excited that, even with low water levels, we might be able to enjoy a lakeside stroll. However, the water is at least 1 mile away from the 'dock', which is a walking path that has been boarded at the end. There……

“This place is a great place to stay. My kids thoroughly enjoyed having the water park right across the street and that we got to go every day of our stay! It was great room and I loved that I was able to cook breakfast for my family in the morning. Great and very cute little bungalow! Just a PSA though, is bring everything you could think you may need since the drive back to town is a bit of a drive”
