“The property is very luxurious. Cannot complain about the hotel etc. The room was huge and great. Staff also excellent Breakfast excellent however room service food was average. The bed is extremely soft and i sunk in my spot - poor sleep as a result. They also only provide one doona - no sheet and it was either boiling hot (with donna on) or freezing (with doona off). There was also a sensor light that came on in the middle of the night if you got out of bed - two each side of the bed under……

“我大約1時到達酒店.預計放低行李後等下午三點才可入住.當日天氣炎熱.前枱服務員態度非常有禮貌. 好笑容.還給我提早入住.令我非常感激.我一共住宿了四晚.整體基本上設施齊備整潔.雖然不是每日執房間.但也有每日更換毛巾.添置廁紙及日用品.所有員工都非常Nice &Helpful .可能我入住了無障礙房間所以洗澡時如拉上浴簾後顯得有點光線不足.基本上今次住宿非常滿意.只是如可住高層小小及價錢再便宜點就更好了!”

“Nice and clean room, very comfortable bed”

“Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and spacious. The bathe and hand towel are very clean. Bed and all other facilities are comfortable. All bath gel , hand wash and shampoo are provided. You can ask from the reception when you want any other accessories. I have some problem for the connection of the wifi. The staffs are very pleasant and can solve the problem immediately. Therefore, the wifi is very good. There are free bottle of water and coke in the fridge. There is convenience store……

“地點很好，房間環境也很舒適。客房服務溝通感覺有些問題，一次前一晚說不需換房間，隔天中午突然說要換，導致我留下來打包下午行程必須先取消。再隔一天確認要換房間，打包完才說不需要換，來來回回影響心情、浪費時間，影響到排好的行程。不推薦給商務或是行程比較滿的人。”
