The rental company does not provide cleaning supplies due to their policy because it is poison. That’s what the proper manager told us. “Stayed with three generations of family for New Years Eve. The house was wonderful for both the youngest and the oldest. We were 5 adults, 5 children and 2 teenagers and there was plenty of room. The bedrooms are super spacious with so much closet space, which really helped keeping the kids organized. The kitchen was amazing for big family meal preparations! They had everything we needed to cook for 12!I also have to say after staying at several Norris lake vacation homes that the road to this……

“This property is exactly as it is described and shared in photos. The only thing that is not portrayed in the listing is the peace an calm that you feel walking into the property with soft lighting, soft music playing, the water feature gently bubbling. Freshly baked treats, fresh flowers and a lighted sign with our name welcoming us to the home is such a nice touch. We were first time VRBO renters and I'm sure this experience will be extremely hard to top. There really isn't anything I can add……
