“Check in was a breeze. The fact that you can have a boat delivered to the property floored me. It was hassle free. Our mini vacation before school starting back was amazing, and I attribute it to the location of the house, the amenities provided with the house, and the fact that we could enjoy the lake. The hot tub was so enjoyable. We had two wonderful days on the lake and would definitely stay at 106 Summer Breeze again. ”

“My extended family had a wonderful time.They loved the peacefulness of the area. The ability to must spend time in a quiet space and enjoy the surroundings. They simply loved the cabin. I would say the only draw back is that cell phones don’t work up there at all. I mentioned to the company and management that they should have some type of land line for emergency purposes. We were happy everyone was fine.”

“Huge house. Fun design. We had an enjoyable stay. The dock is not much for a lake house of this size and not in great shape. Ladder and boat cleats need repair but we worked around both. Played at dock and docked rented pontoon boat. Property would definitely be enhanced with dock repairs. House has quirks but nothing that bothered us much. Had a very fun time ”

“The rooms were clean, plenty of toys for the kids. The boat dock was great with the slide. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, there were 14 adults and 12 kids.”

“This was a very charming house in Cumberland Gap. We were in the area for an event for LMU so the location was excellent. Everything was provided so that was a plus. The house was a 1928 house which gave it its charm. The books that were displayed were so interesting along with the family photos and albums. The only drawback which was not a big problem was that the refrigerator was not a full size fridge. It was probably a medium size fridge and it did have a freezer as well. Overall……

“Great access to the water. Beds are comfortable. House was clean with a well equiped kitchen. Location wise, New Tazwell is close so grabbing dinner or extra supplies is no big deal. I would highly recommend this property. ”

“Check in was very easy. We had most everything we needed in the kitchen. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and it was quickly fixed. We especially enjoyed the screen porch. Would definitely rent from this host again. ”

“This was the perfect family reunion get away. The house was perfect for relaxing as well as gathering inside and out. The view was stunning, the lake water was warm. The kayaks were a huge hit with our family we had many who had never been and it was so great to see them try a new adventure! The only thing you should be aware of is the drive to the house is just over 2 1/2 miles of a one lane gravel road (@10-15 minutes off the main road). There are steep inclines where you can't see the road in……
