"Cet hôtel est une vraie pépite. Situé au pieds de la montagne Vitosha , il vous propose des chambres avec des vues magnifiques ( notre studio en était la preuve ). Front desk service need improve
"I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming. The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart.
