“De maand februari 2025 verbleven in het appartement. Het appartement is volledig uitgerust met wasmachine en droger. De communicatie met eigenaren is perfect en reageren direct op berichten. Op het park is een zwembad en een Nederlandse winkel waar typisch Nederlandse producten worden verkocht. Enig smetje zijn de soms luidruchtige bovenburen en het ontbreken van een droogrek. M.b.t. de bovenburen wordt door de eigenaren actie ondernomen. ”

“Es ist ein traumhaftes Haus, welches wunderbar ausgestattet ist. Der Verwalter Ian hat uns herzlich begrüßt und hat uns bei Problemen (z.B. Pool wurde grün, Wasser wurde abgeschaltet) sofort geholfen. Ich kann das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen.”

“This villa was absolutely lovely. It was clean and comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. The swimming pool and patio was fantastic. The views were incredible. Christabel was incredibly helpful. I couldn't fault the villa at all, it was exactly what we wanted! The town itself was less touristy than the towns directly on the beach but had enough bars and restaurants to keep us entertained for a week. Any longer a holiday we would've wanted a car to explore more local areas, but……

“The views are amazing from the roof top patio and a short walk to several cafe's. The beach is close by as well and the there were power adapters included as well. Everything was clean even to my wife's standards and the communication with the owner was fantastic. I would recommend this house to everyone ”

“This was our first trip to mainland Spain, so having a centrally located house made organizing day trips to towns like Malaga and Marbella very easy. We even took a day trip to Tangier via the ferry. The property is well-maintained, and all of the amenities are exactly as shown in the property listing. “The property had a number of issues that need resolving. There is no wifi which is an essential for a family home. The property is up steep stairs with no hand rail - this would not be suitable for anyone who isn't 100% sure on their feet. 2 of the 4 bedrooms have no dark curtains so are too bright to sleep in, 1 of the bedrooms has no aircon. There was a water outage whilst we were there which was pre planned but we weren't informed of. There was a drainage issue in the kitchen which plumbers……
