“The overall experience was great, clean and nice place, friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that making me not giving the all 5 star is the air conditioner. "This is not my 1 first time staying in this hotel. Compared with previous experience, some areas had been improved such as the check-in/out process. Next to Newport mall. With a convenience store and fast food shop on the ground floor. However, the WiFi network (speed) and the choice of breakfast are still my concerns. Slow and less choices. Hope they can improve."
