“The apartment had not been changed prior to check in, no linens on bed and no linens for the futon. The shower was dirty even after someone came and made the bed. My daughter had to clean the shower, sink and toilet. Gabe said that I would get a price adjustment because of the inconvenience but that did not happen. “I booked this trip for my boyfriend who is obsessed with trains. This was a great surprise for him and came at the perfect time after a stressful weekend. It was such a great get away and a good reset before jumping back to reality. There were some concerning areas with hair left in the shower, a brown sludge/ residue in the hot tub, and overall dirt/ dust build up in the caboose. We definitely will be back!”
