“We needed an affordable place to stay while I attended a statewide weaving conference. It was close to the location, comfortable for my husband while I was busy and very close to lots of great restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and the efficiency suited our needs very nicely. ”

Quick support. And such a beautiful area. We loved the fresh eggs and also feeding the pony apples!! ”

“This was a very clean and charming home. The neighborhood was quiet. If you are bringing a pet, the front gate needs a latch. The back yard is very nice and big but, there are some gaps in the chain link fence that could be zip tied together but if you have a big dog it would be ok. Also, the neighbors do not have their dogs on leashes . It is very close to grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed it!”

“We were in a town for a weekend of softball tournaments, we booked here because hotel rooms were double their usual price. It actually turned out to be better in the long run we had 2 bathrooms and plenty of space. The host was very informative and friendly and provided all the information we needed. We did not have any issues. We will definitely book this place again when return to College Station for tournaments. ”

“My family stayed in Abigail’s home during the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches /Texas UIL Girls Basketball showcase. Five adults and a couple fur babies in our group. The home was very clean with extra everything easily accessible. Smart tv’s everywhere. USB’s at the bedsides. Washer and dryer. Outside covered sitting area and fast internet. The cherry on the top is a nice quiet neighborhood with a very pretty city park just a short walk, 4 tenths of a mile away. A great place to……

“We visited for the girls to attend an Equestrian camp at TAMU. The house was close, clean and spacious. Easy to get to restaurants and to campus. ”

“The apartment itself was clean and furnished well. We were not a fan of location/surroundings, very run down and trashy. It was not as close to campus as we thought, specially if you are going to things on the other side of campus. ”
