“We were refused our booking by the hotel as we were not Indian nationals. Nothing mentioned by the hotel when we booked but was turned away in reception. No refund from the hotel and no response from their head office or CEO. DO NOT STAY at any FAB Hotels”

“1）酒店比较新，设施满意，唯一的不足是窗户是封闭的打不卡的，但也是优点，因为隔音效果好，几乎听不见马路上的车水马龙声音。 2）酒店位置离KAROL BAGH地铁站大概1千米距离，走路有点远，幸好途中有两个中国餐厅SPICY和JADE GARDEN，也有麦当劳和肯德基。 3）还有一个连锁酒店也在附近，比这个便宜一点，离KAROL BAGH地铁站很近，下次可以尝试一下。”

“The staff is very attentive. Front desk very efficient. There is 24/7 security personnel and all cars and bags get checked consistently. The buffet is expansive and there are options to order special juices and omelets and parathas. I just wish Expedia had an option to add breakfast buffet to the price. The area around the hotel is somewhat unkempt but inside the hotel everything is very clean. The windows must have some sort of voice protection because the noise from functions did not bother……

“The room is dirty. The bathroom was also dirty and smelly. Toilet seat was broken. Property condition is horrible. A disgrace and disgusting. Not fit for human habitation. ”

“the place is ok. the staff is nice and will get you most things on request. though the issue of english can be slightly challening -also at the front dest. overall the place is nice and clean enough, though the bedding seems a but worn... also, the website still says there is a restaurant facility. this is not the case. you can order food to your room., but there is no place for you to stay/sit outside the room.”

“I went to this place after three years and place has gone down.”

“Overall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We were confronted with an unconventional rule stating, unmarried or friends (male, female) cannot stay in one room and were asked to book another room by the receptionist.”
