“My time at the Cowboy Casita was very good for the price, but there were some issues. Here's my breakdown:PROS: - Location! Beautiful dark sky, quiet neighborhood, close to everything we wanted to see (Saguaro, Chriricahua & Kartchner Caverns), and a store right down the road.-Instant hot water in the shower and sink-Several mirrors in the house which is a big thing I often find lacking in other rentals. -Nice TV and good streaming quality. -The AC / Heater worked well and there were spare fans……

“The adobe cottage was amazing...historic, peaceful, and charming throughout. Taking coffee on the patio every morning was a real treat. The neighborhood was very quiet, making it a tranquil place to stay in the small, but charming, town of Patagonia.”

“This property needs to be reached by a high clearance all terrain vehicle. Not one precaution or warning listed while deciding on this non refundable listing. 30 miles plus of unpaved roads in to this home is not mentioned anywhere in the listing’s description. Our Easter weekend trip was ruined due to misrepresentation of this property. Half of our party want able to make it because it’s too risky to chance reaching it let alone finding it”

This time we chose Sonoita as our base camp because it is an easy commute to all of these hot spots. This rental was exceptional!
